Last week our friends were camping at Camperland at Bridal Falls (wow... what a beautiful campsite!). Anyway they invited us to visit with them. While there we walked across the street to a place where they create and sell cement sculptures. We had a lovely conversation with the artist. His work is amazing! Here's Mother Goose... I love her little red hat. Taken with my 35mm 1.8 Preset: kk_serendipitous Texture: kk_quiet... hard light @38% The other day I received a phone call from a close friend who had received a beautiful bouquet of flowers from her son for her birthday that took place last Sunday. She said she had a very unusual flower she thought I'd be interested in photographing. This flower was in the centre of the bouquet, but she thought it should be on it's own so its beauty could be seen and appreciated more. We have no idea what kind of flower this is, so if you do know, could you please let us know in a comment below. Taken with my 35mm 1.8
