Lately Jim and I have been working hard to get back into shape and proper eating. We have a beautiful track close to where we live and we try to get there at least four days a week. When we started we could hardly do one or two laps... now we are doing eight and nine and we can already feel the positive results of our efforts. Here's yesterday's mid morning snack after doing the track... a nice reward coming home to a bowl of fruit. Have you tried Hami melons... they are delicious, something like a cantaloupe, but crunchier and not as sweet. It goes really well with watermelon and honeydew melon...mmm...mmmm...good!
