Friday Finds...I've had my eye on an antique desk for two months and finally went and bought it. We made some room for it in our living room by a window and I think it's going to work out great for my still life photography. Also bought paint today to start painting the living room. I've had this chalkboard for a couple of years and it was in need of a couple of coats of paint to which Jim did this week. We also are having a shelf with a dowel made to put above the desk so that I can store a few props and hang backdrops. Looking forward to having it all done. Preset: kk_gentle ... I have to admit that this was a challenge for me and finally I was able to come up with the photo below. I am still trying to catch up. The Studio...These photos were prompted by Kim's Start to Finish lesson on "dark & moody". For all four photos I used the preset kk_organic and textured them with kk_addsomenoise. These next two photos are from Monday's prompt "stacked". Texture: kk_sunkissed I posted more photos than I normally do. Thank you for visiting. Hope you enjoyed them. Have a great weekend.

Your series of images are wonderful Donna, your colourful bowls with the striking background though is my favourite. Have a great weekend.

So many gorgeous images! You have been busy. The desk is perfect for still life, it has a lot of character. I love the light on your teacup and the cookie cutters are stacked just right.
