Last week, our granddaughter Lynn brought home an unpainted birdhouse she had made at school for Mother's Day. Lynn had a problem though that she wasn't too sure how she was going to work it out. She only had one birdhouse and she wanted to give it to her Mom and she wanted to give it to me, so we worked it out with her. We told her to give it to her Mom and Grandma would take a photo of it, which I was thrilled to do. Problem solved! Lynn painted the birdhouse blue (with a little help from Papa) and our very dear friend Dolores came over and added the vine, flower and bee. There is also a pretty bird on the side that is not showing in the photo.
