Today's photos are a combination of my Be Still 52 and The Studio courses and Texture Tuesday. Be Still 52 - Week 34 I love using coconut oil and my little wooden spoon. The preset used was kk_truegrit and the texture used was kk_claires. Be Still 52 - Week 34 For this photo I used the preset kk_oldendays and no texture! Be Still - Week 21 (I am skipping weeks 20 & 22 until nicer weather) Well I have to admit I had a real struggle with this assignment. Four things we had to have in the photo were a loaf of bread, linen, twine and scissors. Well let me tell you, I just couldn't get it right to how I wanted it. The first photo is one that I took in the first set I tried and after being quite frustrated my husband said to me "you deserve the piece with the jam on it" and so at that point I thought I'd treat myself and ate it. Then he came along and thought I was finished so he took the loaf and had a couple of slices. Then I decided to try again, so in the next set of photos as you can see there is only a half loaf. We did have a good laugh at the time! I can't remember what preset I used on this photo. I did use of course my favourite texture kk_justatouch2. For these photos below, I used the kk_dreamlike preset and no texture. The Studio
I am loving my courses. This is what I did for my "Veggie/Fruits" assignment. It's fun doing triptychs!

Wonderful layouts…..especially the coconut oil and wooden spoon. But then I love them all.

What lovely work! You're doing way better than I am in Be Still, I can't think the last time I even looked at a lesson. However, I am off to a reasonably good start in The Studio. I really do like your bread and twine, just a comforting looking color palette and what is more comforting than good, crusty bread? Unless it's a cuppa hot tea.

Beautiful photos! I think my favourite is the one with the loaf of bread.
